The Captain, Dane Higginson and Tom Phillips recorded some excellent wins in their singles matches, while the 2 youngsters Anthony Cadwallader and Kieron Davies also had fine victories in their first appearance at U18 level. Tom Benjamin did some sterling work in turning his match around. Having been 5 down after 8 holes he fought back to finish with a half on the 18th.
